I recently stayed at a hotel nestled in the jungle, which made for a really tranquil retreat just outside Playa del Carmen's downtown. The friendly staff provided excellent service, and I enjoyed the overall ambiance of the place. However, my room with the jacuzzi was not as clean or well-kept as I had hoped, and some dining options could be improved. Overall, it’s a great spot for relaxation, but there are a few areas that could use a little more attention.
